“Hi, my name is Ryan Morris from EXP Realty. I just finished the second session of the SOAR program and my greatest aha was really realizing, looking at my schedule and realizing how much prospecting I’m not doing and how much prospecting I need to be doing to get to my goals. Uh, it was a lot of information, so I’m really excited about getting, getting all that information and putting it into action. And, um, so it’s a little overwhelming right now, but I’m trusting the process that I’m going to figure this stuff out.
If you’re thinking about getting into the SOAR program just kind of based on today, you know, I honestly, you know, I’ve, I’ve actually been to a lot of training programs. I’ve had kind of a, you know, a cycle of this and real estate have done a lot of different things. And just for the it’s such a, the price is just a drop in the bucket. You know, if you’re, it’s, don’t even think about the cost at all. It’s, I mean, it’s totally worth it. You know, if you’re not already making as much money and have the life you want in real estate, you need to do something – and this is really great program, it iust sets everything out for you. And it’s just a great it’s a great, just what, what sort of liquid see, you know, I flipped up on my word, but anyway, anyway Oh yeah, you can edit this thing. So this, it sets up a great structure to put a business together and, you know, there’s, every, every section is laid out there for you.
The business planning template? Honestly right now it’s a little that’s something I really don’t understand very well, and that’s probably just as, so it’s really good that I’m working on it. You know, I looked at it, I’m like, I don’t know what to put here. I don’t know what to put there. So I you know, I know it’s a work in progress and you know, so I at this point I’m sort of starting at the beginning. I did a lot of leasing and now I’m going to sales. So kind of just trajec putting a trajectory in like what I want to do in the next three years. It’s, you know, it’s like, I don’t know.
So yeah, there’s also listening. Objection, handlers, which really great cause I mean, there’s, you know, there’s only a set amount of things that like 99% of people are going to come up to you and that you’re working with, they’re going to kind of the, the, the objections are always going to be the same. So just having something obvious that we memorize and have that ready to go is, is a great tool to have in your agent toolbox.”
