“This program was just something that I started hearing about through my brokerage and didn’t really know everything that it would entail. I kind of came into this a little bit blind, but knew that it I had seen good success results. The founder of our brokerage had shared with me that this would be a good thing for me to do. It just kinda took it a little bit of blind faith, and I decided this would be something that would be good for me to do.”

“What I would say is that it is a program that it helps you to structure your business in a way that models what you want to accomplish, and you can put your own personality and your own business into it, but also at the same time gives you structure and intentionality. For me, I’ve drastically changed the way that I’m conducting my business on a daily basis and now no more what I need to do to accomplish the goals that I have.”

“What changed in my actions is virtually everything. I just became a full-time agent about a month ago, and so I was at a season in my life where I didn’t have a lot of structure to what I was doing. Did have business coming my way, but was becoming to the point of already being overwhelmed with not nearly the level of business that I know that I’m capable of. So this has given me structure has given me aspects that I need to focus on to be able to have that foundation that I know I need to be built on or else I will just be stressed out and won’t have structure to what I’m doing. It’s given me the tools that I need to be able to go further.”

I came in not knowing what it would really entail, but knew that it was going to be giving me tools that would help me to go to the next level. I would say I what have accomplished with this program has greatly accomplished that for me. I now am able to know what I need to do on a daily level, what I need to do on a weekly level monthly, and to be able to accomplish the annual goals that I have – and I have some big goals.”
