“I’m Jim Danner with EXP Realty, I just finished session two of SOAR, and my greatest takeaway was this, that there are five things that the top agents are always doing. They’re making sure they do. And so we had a list of those. We did a time block, how we’re going to make sure we get those things done. And so that to me is worth everything. I mean, just getting that, but of course, I’m coming back for sessions three and four as well. Good job. Good job. So what are some other things you learned today? Well, one of the big things, because I’m a new realtor and I have huge goals and dreams. And in fact, I have on my Facebook page, I’m a husband, I’m a dad, I’m a pop, ah, with big goals and dreams, but to be not just a dream believer, but a dream buyer.
So, what I found were the specific things to do to become that dream buyer. Good. Good. How is accountability going to help you throughout the store experience? Well, I have to admit, I would love to say that I’m just self motivated and everything, but having other people know what I’m doing and being accountable to them, I think is really going to help me – and I think also gives me a path to go on for the future to make sure that I’m accountable. I’ve, I’ve been self-employed my whole life and I’ve found the tendency to not use my time. Well, so to have that, to be willing, to be humble enough, to let someone else see what I’m doing and tell me, Hey, you need to get it.”
