“So my name is Jennifer Andrews. I’m an agent with United Real Estate here in Dallas, and I just graduated this SOAR program. I am so excited. I’ve been kind of casual about real estate for the last year and a half, and now I have been given some phenomenal tools to take my, my career from casual to full-time professional, and I’m super excited.

So my greatest takeaway from source, probably all the systems we were given. I work well within a structure, like a structured system. So I’m excited to use the buyer presentation.

I’m excited to be using the buyer presentation, the listing presentation. What else was really good for me? A lot of the scripts have really equipped me to handle those objections and those challenges that I face when I’m talking to potential clients. So I’m really excited about that.

So I think one of the most important things that I have gained from soar is not just the classroom. See what is the, no, it’s the, the notebook, not just the, yes. Okay. So soar is more than just about classroom content and all the teaching that we’ve gotten. It’s about building relationships with other realtors. We have really created a great little network here that allows us to encourage one, another stretch, one another, we share ideas.

So, and we are actually going to stick together after soar and continue to do what we’ve been doing here in class and try and keep each other accountable and grow that way. So we’re all really excited about that.

So if you’re thinking about taking soar, I say I was a little hesitant initially. But I would say, go for it. You are going to be stretched beyond what you think you can handle, but that stretching is growing is learning. It’s not just about challenges, but once you overcome those challenges, you have an empowerment to do anything that you want to do. And that will carry on not just in real estate, but in your entire life. So go for it. ”
