“It really allowed me to see the things that I have missed in my 30 year career of real estate. The things that I need to implement, the things that are new, not either technology time-blocking scheduling a day from five in the morning until six o’clock in the evening and learning how to get through it hour by hour by hour, and actually accomplishing something and how to measure that at the end of the week.

My big aha would be as simple as it sounds is time-blocking and being a better boss to myself, actually getting the things blocked in, in a two hour increments, an hour, a half an hour, planning, a weekly schedule, a meeting with myself as the boss. So I think that’s my biggest aha is just the organization that the SOAR program shared with me.

You know, I think the biggest mistake that realtors make in not stepping forward and deciding to spend the money to take a class like SOAR is that we think, Oh, it’s more money we have to spend. Well, the reality of soar is that it would be awesome. No matter if you’re brand new or you’re a seasoned agent like myself, there’s a lot of aha moments and a lot of great takeaways. And all you have to do is implement one or two at a time.”
