Shon is a John-Maxwell certified coaching, and helped create the KW BOLD coaching program and The One Thing training curriculum, based on Gary Keller & Jay Papason’s best-selling book. He leverages his real estate sales and marketing experience to help each of his clients identify and embrace the key principles of success used by top-producers and increase their real estate production through his systematic approach.

Shon's Coaching History
Shon Kokoszka has built an iron clad reputation selling real estate from 1991 through 2012 in Denver, Colorado. Creating and mastering systems and perfecting scripts and dialogs are just a few of the characteristics that have helped Shon become a thought leader in the Real Estate Sales Industry.
Shon was selected as one of the Star Power Stars in 1996, an honor that fewer than 200 Agents in the Country have received. Shon had consistently closed over 250 transactions per year with The Kokoszka Group with total closed volume of over $1 billion.
Many people ask Shon, “How can you close over 250 transactions per year and still give amazing service?” to which Shon replies, “You can’t close over 250 transactions per year unless you give amazing service”. Shon is passionate in everything that he does. That is why he is such an effective speaker and business building coach.
Shon began his speaking career in 1995 with Howard Brinton Seminars, also known as Star Power, by assisting with the creation and facilitation of the Star Power Universities.
Shon has been fortunate to follow his passion & present for companies around the country such as IREA, isucceed.com, KWRI, the National Association of Realtors and many real estate firms companies, including Re/Max, Century 21 and Coldwell Banker.

As the former president of KW MAPS Business Training – Think BIG, start small – he built one of the leading training organizations in the world, coaching over 6,000 real estate agents.
Shon developed all training curriculum associated with the Wall Street Journal and New York Times #1 business book – The ONE Thing, written by Keller Williams cofounder Gary Keller and Jay Papason.
Shon has presented to, consulted with and coached companies such as McDonald’s, Panasonic, T-Mobile, Pepsi, Genentech, Fidelity, FedEx, Sport Clips, Black Baud, Hi-Lite, Fidelity, HomeValue.com and GMC just to name a few.
